At the age of 15, like most teenagers I was interested in as much sport as I could get my hands on but my nutritional habits wouldn’t have inspired many health gurus.
I recognized after a while I was not recovering fast enough, this had a ripple effect with sport and my overall health. A respected friend of mine suggested I see a Sport Nutritionist to understand the importance of Nutrition and that’s where things started to change.
