Hi Daisy. The USANA HealthPak has been designed by the USANA Scientists to take ideally, twice a day. The body needs optimal nutrients to combat damage it experiences throughout the day and to provide energy and at night, it needs it for repair and renew cells while we rest. However in saying that…as long as you’re taking them and to save money yes, of course you can. Thanks.
